CSI Blending / Light Manufacturing Capabilities

Coating Solutions International (CSI) blending and testing lab provides (CSI) the ability to be flexible and move quickly. CSI coating formulations are made to meet or exceed your performance criteria. Your required performance criteria, manufacturing processes and scale up are paramount to a successful new product introduction.

With light manufacturing, CSI can test various manufacturing processes such as converting, printing, nesting, forming, blocking, COBB, OGR to name a few crucial data points. This provides the ability to overcome, make qualified decisions, move forward quickly and effectively towards completion of your project. Once we have finalized this process there are various models we employ to deploy your coating. Our partner plants are located around the world, ISO Certified, or we can blend on site. We want to ensure the most cost efficient way to distribute and keep freight costs down!
